- Turn off gas & appliances after use; keep area clean.
Cleanliness
- Dispose waste in bins provided; avoid littering lawns.
- Report any spills/damage to the caretaker immediately.
Damage & Liability
- Damages, if any, will be chargeable at actuals.
- Management reserves right to deny entry for violations.
Important: Pets, fireworks, and DJs are not permitted unless pre‑approved in writing. Event setups require prior confirmation.
